		Newport Beach Surgery Center opened for operations on September 28, 1992. From the Centers’ inception, our goal has been and still is to provide personalized care and exceptional services to our patients. In 2002 the Center expanded its capabilities by constructing an additional operating room and special procedure room bringing the total to five operating rooms and two special procedure rooms. This expansion is a reflection of the performance of the Centers’ staff, word of which has spread throughout the medical community thus attracting physicians and their patients because of the personalized patient care. From pre-operative to post recovery care, patients are cared for by Registered Nurses. Newport Beach Surgery Center provides personalized care as reflected in the ratio of one nurse to two patients, the same as an intensive care unit (ICU) in a hospital. This care is what a patient will remember and is what Newport Beach Surgery Center is known for.
